Support Grows for Suisse27 Fundraising Efforts
Our young people continue to show real commitment and initiative as they work towards making the Suisse27 trip a reality. As part of their fundraising efforts, they have been actively applying for grants and seeking support from charitable organisations.
We are delighted to share that the team has been pledged £400 from the Jeremy Willson Charitable Trust in support of the trip. This generous contribution is a wonderful boost to the fundraising campaign and a testament to the value others see in this opportunity.
The Jeremy Willson Charitable Trust supports young people and projects that reflect Jeremy’s passions in life — adventure, the environment, geology and athletics — with a particular focus on expeditions and activities that offer social, educational or community benefit. Their support for youth-led adventurous projects makes their encouragement especially meaningful for Suisse27.
The grant will be received in early 2027, marking an important milestone in the journey towards the expedition. We are hugely grateful for their support and proud of the determination our young people have shown in pursuing funding opportunities themselves.
